Treatment may focus on symptom management, building insight, developing skills, or supporting longer-term psychological growth. May Psychology clinicians draw on a range of established therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Schema Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
