Clinical Psychology

The clinicians in the May Psychology division provide structured and evidenced-based interventions for common mental health presentations such as anxiety, depression, stress and relationship issues, in addition to more complex presentations, including trauma, personality disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, eating disorders and psychosis.

Your May Psychology clinician will work with you to formulate a shared understanding of your mental health experience, ascertain your aims and desires, and design and implement appropriately tailored strategies and interventions to manage and reduce symptoms, gain greater insights, and achieve your mental health goals.

Our clinicians are trained and experienced in a range of evidence-based psychological treatment modalities. These include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Schema Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
