Appointments are 50 minutes in duration. The likely length of therapy varies and will be discussed at your initial appointment, guided by the nature and complexity of the concerns being addressed.

There are several pathways into May Psychology, including referral from a General Practitioner or another medical practitioner, private recommendation, or self-referral. Patients may be eligible for rebates through Medicare, private health insurance, or the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our administrative team can provide general information, and you may also wish to confirm eligibility with your insurer.

For individuals beginning to seek support, mental-health-focused general practice care is also available at May Health. This care is provided by our General Practitioner, who has completed further professional development in mental health and offers appointments structured to allow time for assessment, planning, and recommendations.
