ADHD Clinical Services

ADHD Clinical Services at May Health bring together assessment, treatment, education, and practical support within a coordinated clinical framework. ADHD can affect many areas of life, including attention, organisation, emotional wellbeing, relationships, work, study, and everyday routines. Different individuals require different forms of support at different stages of their journey.

ADHD-related medical care within May Health is delivered by General Practitioners who have training and experience in psychological medicine. GPs working in this area practise independently within their professional scope and collaborate with other May Health clinicians when appropriate. This approach supports access to a range of services while maintaining clear professional responsibilities and continuity of care.

Depending on individual needs, support may include assessment, medical management, group treatment programs, individual counselling, nutrition support, educational workshops, and other ADHD-related services. Care is guided by current clinical knowledge and aims to help individuals better understand their experiences, develop practical strategies, and work towards meaningful personal goals.

Our ADHD Clinical Services are designed to support individuals beyond assessment alone. Whether someone is seeking clarification of symptoms, ongoing treatment, skills development, relationship support, or education about ADHD, our aim is to provide considered, evidence-informed care that responds to their unique circumstances.
