This service provides practical, individualised support aimed at developing sustainable strategies that fit within everyday life.The focus is on education, structure, and achievable nutrition strategies, with consideration of how eating patterns and nutritional intake may interact with attention, energy levels, daily functioning, and overall wellbeing.This service is facilitated by Amanda Maiorano, Accredited Practising Dietitian. What Support May Include Support is tailored to the individual’s needs and may include:Meal structure and eating routineAppetite regulation and hunger cuesExecutive functioning and food-related challengesReducing overwhelm around meal preparation and planningPractical strategies to support consistent eating patternsNutritional adequacy and sustainable food choicesDiscussion of supplementation where appropriate, as adjunctive support only Program Details The ADHD Nutrition Support program is delivered across two individual dietetic consultations. Delivered via telehealthScheduled fortnightlyProgram fee: $400 Session 1 focuses on understanding current eating patterns, routines, and practical challenges, alongside developing realistic and achievable nutrition goals. Session 2 builds on these foundations and focuses on practical strategies, nutritional considerations, and supporting longer-term consistency with eating patterns and routines. She supports patients to develop practical and sustainable approaches to eating, meal planning, and overall nutritional wellbeing. She provides dedicated care through May Medical and leads our clinical services for ADHD.
