Amanda is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with experience in ADHD, nutrition, and disordered eating. She supports patients to develop practical and sustainable approaches to eating, meal planning, and overall nutritional wellbeing.
Amanda is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who works from a Health at Every Size (HAES®) and weight-inclusive framework, supporting patients to build a more peaceful and sustainable relationship with food. She assists patients in developing practical nutrition strategies, improving eating patterns, and fostering body respect, irrespective of weight, shape, or size. Amanda is also a facilitator within May Health’s ADHD group programs, with particular expertise in ADHD-related nutrition.
Her postgraduate training includes Health at Every Size, the Non-Diet Approach, and the Sports Dietitian Course. She has additional interests in nutrition for people living with disability (including NDIS participants), general nutrition, and eating disorders and disordered eating. Amanda is a member of Dietitians Australia and Sports Dietitians Australia.
