Program Options Intimate Relationships (Individual Program) For individuals wanting to better understand patterns within romantic relationships. Sessions may focus on communication, emotional responses, boundaries, attachment patterns, and the ways ADHD traits can influence day-to-day relational dynamics. Friendships & Dating (Individual Program) For individuals wanting to explore social connection, friendships, and dating. Sessions may focus on communication, confidence in social settings, emotional responses, boundaries, and navigating early-stage or ongoing interpersonal relationships.
