Greer is a qualified counsellor, sexual health educator, and experienced trainer and assessor in the mental health field. With a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and client-centred care, she supports individuals in navigating the complexities of mental health, relationships, and personal growth.
As a facilitator of the ADHD group program at May Health, Greer specialises in ADHD and its effects on emotional regulation and relationships. She provides psychoeducation, practical tools, and supportive guidance to help individuals deepen their self-understanding and strengthen their interpersonal connections. Greer also contributes to May Health’s ADHD Couples Service, offering education and strategies that assist couples in understanding ADHD-related patterns and improving communication.
Greer recently completed advanced ADHD training led by internationally recognised experts, including Ari Tuckman, PsyD, MBA; Dr Roberto Olivardia; Lidia Zylowska, MD; Marcy Caldwell, PsyD; and Michelle Frank, PsyD. This specialised training has further enhanced her capacity to support clients with ADHD, informed by contemporary research and best-practice approaches.
In addition to her professional expertise, Greer has lived experience with ADHD, which provides valuable insight and deepens her empathy for the individuals and couples she works with.
