ADHD: Beyond the Diagnosis Homepage Education & Training ADHD: Beyond the Diagnosis An ADHD diagnosis can bring clarity and relief — but it also raises new questions. What does it mean to live well with ADHD over time? How do you move from explanation to integration? In this keynote, General Practitioner, Dr Emilie Staehr, explores life beyond the label. Drawing on both clinical experience and lived insight, she examines how adults can build resilience across changing life stages. This session considers what flourishing with ADHD can realistically look like. It will explore identity, structure, relationships, medication, and the role of sustainable habits in supporting long-term wellbeing. Following the keynote, attendees will have the opportunity to take part in a coaching segment. The session will conclude with an “Ask Me Anything” discussion. Venue: The Rowers Club - Hugh King Drive (Mildura, Victoria, 3500) This event will be held on Friday 22nd of May 2026 from 12:30pm to 2:45pm and it forms part of Mildura Rural City Council’s Wellness and Resilience Forum.
