Using a compassionate and collaborative approach, he works with presentations such as anxiety, depression, trauma, personality-related difficulties, relationship concerns, identity issues, grief, and low self-esteem.
Drawing on a developmental perspective, Tim supports clients to explore how early experiences and past challenges may relate to current difficulties, fostering insight and self-reflection. He provides a reflective therapeutic space that encourages personal understanding and growth.
Tim is also committed to supporting parents and is a trained facilitator of the Circle of Security Parenting program, assisting caregivers in navigating attachment, emotional regulation, and parenting challenges.
In addition to his role at May Health, Tim is a Clinical Supervisor and Senior Lecturer at the University of Adelaide, where he leads a training clinic and provides teaching and supervision to psychologists on placement.
