Karen Davies

Karen is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience supporting individuals across the lifespan. She works with people experiencing a broad range of mental health concerns and is committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to each person’s needs and circumstances.

Karen has particular interests in autism assessments and perinatal mental health. Alongside her therapeutic work, she is experienced in conducting autism assessments and enjoys helping individuals better understand themselves, their strengths, and their experiences. She understands that seeking an assessment can be both significant and deeply personal and aims to provide a thorough, respectful, and supportive process.

In addition to her assessment work, Karen supports individuals experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions. She values taking the time to understand each person’s unique circumstances and works collaboratively to support meaningful and lasting change.

Alongside her clinical work, Karen has contributed to the training and supervision of psychology students and early-career psychologists. She values supporting the development of future practitioners and maintaining high standards of professional practice.
