Referral to May Assessment

The clinicians within the Assessment service at May Health are qualified, appropriately trained, and experienced in psychological assessment. All evaluations are conducted in accordance with recognised scientific standards, with attention to accurate differential diagnosis. Findings are communicated in person and through written reports that include a clinically appropriate formulation and recommendations informed by current evidence.

May Assessment provides:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder assessments (children and adults)

• Psychoeducational assessments (children and adults)

Referrals are commonly received from medical, allied health, and education professionals. Self-referrals are also welcomed, including from parents seeking assessment for their children and adults seeking clarity about their cognitive or learning profile.
